It means that your wed site will be affiliated with ours, in the sense that you will advertise our products in your web site, your web site visitors will be able to buy our products from our web site and you will be earning a commission from each completed sale paid in full.

2. What is required to become an affiliate?
We will need your web site name, some financial data for opening an account with us and to setup the links mechanism for following up sales. This can be done in one day. You will fill up an application form for this purpose that is subject to approval from us.

3. What kind of material will I need to install in my web site?
We will provide you with banners for advertising our products on your web site. These banners are very easily placed on your web site.

4. How can I advertise your products?
There are several ways you can advertise our products. You can for example advertise your site with e-mails to the public and place our products with the links on your site. If you wish to send bulk e-mails to your members, we will also provide you with banners, text and links to make your effort easier.

5. Can you provide me with a different price list of your products?
Yes. There are cases where we mutually agree to provide different sales prices for visitors from your web site. For example we may issue a special discounted pricelist for some products and for a limited period of time. These discounted prices will be visible to your visitors that will follow our links from your web site.

Yes. The same principle as above applies to bundles of products.

7. How does the sales mechanism makes profits for me?
Each banner will have a corresponding link attached to it. This link includes your affiliate information for recording each sale in your account.

8. How can I see what sales are recorder in my account?
Each time a visitor follows the given link and makes a purchase, this sale is recorded into your account. You will be provided with affiliate login information so that you can see how many sales are recorded into your account.

9. What details are visible in my affiliate account for each sale?
For each sale you will be able to see the order number, the customer name, the items purchased, the sales prices (excluding VAT) and the order status.

10. What orders are creating a commission for me?
Orders that are completed and paid in full. These orders have the status of “Delivered - Paid”.

11. When can I get paid for my commissions from sales?
You commissions are payable 60 days after their status has become “Delivered - Paid”. This is because sales paid with credit cards are not considered final until 60 days from purchase, according to the bank and the customer may request a refund for some reasons. In such cases we refund money to the customer and you loose your commission.

12. What is my commission from sales?
Your commission from sales is 10% on the sales price for an order, before VAT. This commission does not include fees to the customer for other services like packaging and shipping charges, return of merchandise for service, restocking fee etc.
