Terms of Sale

• All sales are final.
Every sale is subject to approval of charging your credit card

• If the sale made by deposit in a bank then must be confirmed before the mailing of the goods.

• If the sale is cash on delivery, then you must pay the postman with cash.
 
 
Ways to Buy
You can Shop with any credit card - VISA, MasterCard, from any bank issued. You can also make a deposit in our bank account or to order with cash on delivery. In any case, the goods will be sent to you, as long as the payment or the deposit in the bank is confirmed. In the case of cash on delivery you will have to pay the value of the order and a fee. Cash on delivery is valid for shipment in Greece only.
 
 
VAT (Value Added Tax)

All purchases are charged with appropriate VAT tax.
VAT is not due for shopping from a country of the European Union (25 countries) when a) the customer is a company and b) required purchase invoice and c) provide the necessary information.

VAT categories:
• books, albums, printed encyclopedias: 5%
• phone cases, telephones, measuring instruments, accessories, CD, DVD, etc.: 21%
• Services (transport, downloads, etc.): 21%
 
 
Ways to Order & Payment
You can order and pay with 5 ways:

1) By secure ordering and payment On-Line from the internet by credit card.
2) by telephone ordering and payment by credit card.
3) By sending the order form by Fax and payment by credit card.
4) By sending the order form from e-shop and deposit in a bank account.
5) By ordering from our site and pay cash on delivery (only for Greece).

We accept credit cards: Visa, MasterCard.
 
 
Number of CVC/CVV of credit cards
• Visa/MasterCard: Number of CVC/CVV Credit Card (the last 3 digits on the back of Credit Card)
• American Express: Number of CVC/CVV Credit Card (4 digits in front of the Credit Card).

Shipping goods to destination countries
The transport of goods is made by mail, mostly Express delivery in all countries of the world (all those served by the post office). For the express delivery of goods the full shipping address is requested, the correct Zip code (Postal Code) and a phone line (usually mobile).

Please use an e-mail we can contact you. In the e-mail that you indicate we'll receive a copy of your order. It is also the easiest way to contact you for confirmation of your order.
 
 
Shipment of goods
• shipment of goods is happening after the confirmation of your payment, usually within 48-72 hours.
• If there are no goods ordered, there will be no charge to your credit card.
• expect your goods, in 5-8 business days (for Express delivery) and 15-21 days (for simple registered mail) from the date of dispatching your goods by post.
• Upon completion of your order, you will be sent an e-mail confirmation of your order, automatically.

All the products we sell are usually readily available.
If we can not send you the products ordered within 48-72 hours, we will contact you by e-mail or to the phone you gave us when you made your order.
