If you choose to pay
via bank deposit, then we first need to check your wire payment before shipping
the goods.

If your order states
C.O.D. (Cash On Delivery) then you will need to pay
the courier with cash – this applies only in Greece. C.O.D. sales are not supported outside Greece.

different ways of sales of goods and services.
In general, you choose the items you wish to buy and follow the

These instructions will guide you to select your preferred
payment method as follows:
1. Secure On-Line payment using a credit card:
Using your credit card (Visa, Master),
you may pay via a secure bank connection, directly to a bank. The transaction is hosted on secure pages
that are also encoded. Your credit card
data are received ONLY by the bank. The
bank notifies us of the transaction result.

2.
Order via phone and payment via
credit card:
Phone orders are received with Greek
& English speaking personnel. You must know all requested data provided on
the order form (your full address & tel number)
and have your credit card ready. You can then call our orders number and a
person will take your order and charge your credit card.
3.
Order via Fax and payment via
credit card:
After completing your billing and
shipping information please print the order form and send it via fax at the fax
orders number provided on our web site.
Our office will make the credit card charge and ship your products.
4.
Order and pay via bank deposit:
You may deposit the value of your order
to our bank account at the account data provided in our web site. Then please forward your order via fax or
email to us, along with a copy of your deposit slip.
5.
Order on-Line or via phone and
pay with C.O.D. (Cash On Delivery):
We will receive your order and send the
goods to your postal address via courier.
You will need to pay your order’s value with cash to the courier. This payment method applies only in Greece.
For all above payment methods: we will
ship your goods or provide the services ordered as soon as we are able to
confirm your payment.
Limited guarantee
The producer guarantees that all goods
sold are in excellent condition, at the time of shipping to the customer. If the goods are found defective we will
replace them with others, free of charge.
You will not be compensated for shipping expenses, processing your order
and packaging expenses. In case of goods
replacement the customer will only be charged with shipping, order processing
and packaging expenses. For guarantee
claims you will need the original sales receipt. For replacement claim we need to examine the
item for defects and agree to replacing it. We do not cover damages done to the goods
acclaimed to normal wear during use. Any
guarantee especially for the Anti-Radiation protection cases is automatically
considered void if the case is pierced with any way and at any point. Conditions of good and bad use for the
Anti-Radiation protection cases, are explained in “Technology”
section of our web site. All guarantees
apply only to merchandise at their buy value price and nothing more. Our company is not responsible for any damage
done from loss of data, direct or indirect, specialized, random, or as a result
or consequence of usage of any item sold. The present guarantee specifically also
excludes any damage occurring from bad use, misuse, fraud, bad product storage,
usage of products done in a way that is not intended, wrong product awareness
and other similar reasons. Any other
guarantee, direct or indirect, including merchandise guarantee and suitability
of usage guarantee are excluded.
Secure On-Line transactions and customer protection
For the best possible security of
On-Line transactions, we have taken measures that protect your data at all
times. Transaction pages are positioned
in secure pages that are also encoded with encryption (SSL-128 bit). The whole payment process is automated and protected
from our site. Transaction data is
transmitted and received via secure encrypted methods using additional encoding
to the bank. Your credit card data is are received only by the bank, not us, and the bank notifies
us of the transaction result.

methods for the security and protection of collected data. Our web site is using a firewall and several
encryption technologies of visitors and customers. This way we achieve a moderate protection
level of protection from interception, alternation, theft and misuse of data we

used from time to time to send you advertising or informational material for
products and services we believe that may be of use to you.

Our web site automatically collects some

our guests and customers. Such data is
used to i.e. automatically view the site in your default or preferred language
or to collect data regarding billing and shipping info. This data is also used for contacting our
clients and for promoting new products and services from us and collaborated

Advertisements
We mainly use external companies to
present advertisements on our web site or to advertise our web site on other
web sites. These advertisements may
contain cookies. We do not have access
to other company information collected and used from them, or to those cookies
collected. We do not know and are not
responsible for their data collection policy, or their use from them or other
affiliated companies.
Presents
All recipients of our advertisements /
promotion material are automatically included in a corresponding lottery with
awards or gifts that are announced during each campaign. Every month, all persons communicated with
advertising / promotional material are included in that month’s lottery. Winners are informed using electronic e-mail
or other electronic means. Presents or
awards recipients are only charged with shipping expences.
Deletion from our communication lists
You may at any time request to be
deleted from our list of addresses that are included in our advertisement /
promotion lists.
